WHY THIS INFORMATION?

Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter the “Regulation”), this page describes how the personal data of users consulting the website https://studiointra.it/ are processed.

This information does not concern other sites, pages or online services that can be reached via hypertext links that may be published on the site but which refer to resources outside the Controller’s domain.

The Data Controller also provides this information in relation to the technical cookies necessary for the operation of the website and to provide the services requested, in accordance with the indications provided by the Italian Data Protection Authority in the Guidelines on cookies and other tracking Technologies, 10 June 2021.

DATA CONTROLLER

The data controller is INTRA S.n.c. di Ermacora C. e Totis M., with registered office in (33100) Udine, viale Venezia n. 111/A, tax code and VAT number IT03039870302, e-mail studiointra@studiointra.it, certified e-mail intrasnc@casellapec.com, telephone +39 0432 531010.

TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED – PURPOSES OF PROCESSING

Data provided voluntarily by users:

Contact form

When you choose to send electronic mail to the addresses indicated and/or you fill in the “Contact us” form, your address is acquired, since it is necessary to reply to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message (name, surname, e-mail).

Similarly, a user’s request for information material to be sent by Intra S.n.c. entails the acquisition of the user’s e-mail address, which is necessary for sending communications as requested by the user.

After the request has been processed, the Controller shall refrain from any further processing of the data provided, unless otherwise expressly indicated by the data subject.

Quote request form

The request for a quotation addressed to Intra S.n.c. by voluntarily sending e-mail communications to the addresses indicated and/or by filling in the on-line form “Request a quote” on this website entails the acquisition of the sender’s address, which is necessary in order to reply to the requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message and/or in the on-line form containing the following fields: name, surname, private/company, province/foreign Country, telephone, e-mail).

Without prejudice to the freedom of the data subject to provide personal data, please note that failure to provide/incorrect provision of data may make it impossible for the Controller to process the quote correctly.

The data subject must not disclose special category data (“sensitive data”). No data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, genetic data, biometric data, data concerning sexual life or sexual orientation, and all information in any case attributable to the special categories referred to in Article 9 (1) of the Regulation should be transmitted. If the material sent to the Data Controller also contains data falling into these categories, the Data Controller, unable to separate the data for the purposes of the requested assessment, will ask the interested party to send the material without such data and will refrain from processing the data previously provided.

The provision of data for the above-mentioned purposes does not require the consent of the data subject, as it is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract.

After the request has been processed, the Controller shall refrain from any further processing of the data provided, unless otherwise expressly indicated by the data subject.

Data provided for sending commercial and promotional communications

If you expressly agree, your personal data (name, surname, address, e-mail) will be processed for information and promotional purposes using automated means (e.g., sending newsletters, e-mails) and non-automated means (e.g., regular mail, telephone with operator, etc.).

Processing for marketing purposes may therefore only take place with your consent and until such consent is revoked. The right to object to processing remains unaffected.

Its purpose is to store information on visitors’ preferences in order to improve the operation of the website and simplify navigation by automating certain procedures (e.g., login, site language, etc.), as well as for statistical analysis of site use or to acquire information on the type of device used to navigate the site.

The use of Cookies or other tracking technologies by this site or the owners of third-party services used by this site, unless otherwise specified, is strictly for the purpose of providing the service requested by the User and the operation of the website.

– for those of third parties, at least the fourth component of the IP address is masked;

– third parties refrain from combining analytics cookies, thus minimised, with other processing (customer files or statistics of visits to other sites, for example) or from passing them on to other third parties. Nature of data provision and consequences of refusal.

All personal information you provide is the result of your free choice. The information and contact details you provide by sending an e-mail and/or by filling in the form for requesting a quote are used to answer your questions or to fulfil your requests, for the time necessary to fulfil this purpose.

LEGAL BASIS OF PROCESSING

The processing of your personal data for the purposes set out in this policy is based on one or more of the following legal grounds:

  •  your request for information and/or a quotation via the channels indicated on the site will make it necessary to process the data voluntarily provided (taking pre-contractual steps)
  • consent: consent is the legal basis for sending newsletters and for marketing activities; therefore, only after your specific consent we will acquire your personal identification and contact data in order to provide you with information on our activities, send promotional communications, informative and/or advertising material, as well as other communications of a periodical or occasional nature, by post or telephone and/or by electronic communications, as well as for statistical surveys;
  • legal obligations: when strictly necessary, we will process your personal data to comply with a legal obligation;
  • legitimate interest: if and to the extent that the use by the Controller does not violate the rights of the data subject, the processing will be carried out on the basis of a legitimate interest of the Controller for purposes of judicial protection and protection of the Data Subjects themselves.

As regards the legal basis for the installation of technical cookies, please refer to the cookie policy section.

LOCATION OF DATA PROCESSING AND PERSONS AUTHORISED TO PROCESS DATA

The processing operations connected to the web services of this site take place at the Data Controller’s premises and are carried out by persons expressly authorised to do so. Maintenance activities may be entrusted to persons expressly designated by the Controller. Data relating to the site are stored in data centres within the European Union.

The Data Controller does not disclose or disseminate data subjects’ information to third parties, except where required by law or strictly necessary for the fulfilment of requests.

A list of the data processors can be obtained by sending a request to the address of the Controller.

PROCESSING METHODS

Personal data may be processed by Intra S.n.c. using automated tools or on paper for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected.

STORAGE PERIODS

Personal data collected for the purposes described above will be processed for the time strictly necessary to achieve those purposes and, in any case, for as long as permitted by Italian law to protect the interests of the Data Controller. The period of retention of personal data varies according to the purpose for which they were collected:

  • data used to respond to requests for information and personal data provided to request a quotation: these will be used for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes in question and subsequently the procedures will be adopted, within the required technical timeframe, for their elimination, without prejudice to any need to protect the interests of the Data Controller from possible liabilities based on such processing;
  • personal data collected and processed for marketing purposes: two (2) years, after which they will be permanently deleted or anonymised.
  • technical cookies: see the relevant section.

Processing relating to the performance of contracts between the Data Controller and the data subject is the subject of separate information.
